Finance enquiries
To help us manage supplier enquiries effectively and ensure all requests are properly logged and actioned, we require all suppliers to complete the Supplier Enquiry Form.
This approach allows us to record and manage queries consistently and efficiently. Submitting the form does not change existing invoice submission or payment processes.
All queries must be submitted via the Supplier Enquiry Form to ensure they are received and dealt with appropriately.
Update on Invoice Processing and Payments
We are aware that there have been delays in the processing and payment of some supplier invoices. We recognise the concern this may be causing and sincerely apologise for the impact.
Our finance teams are working at pace to resolve these issues and are prioritising the clearance of outstanding invoices.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while this work continues.
